Land- Mafia.
Generally one should know that black cotton soil is very fertilized for wheat, cotton. Chana (gram) and like crops. But it also allows growing bumper crop of black money. Old Madhya Bharat area is known for such soil. The quality of such land is that if you have certain scams through such land such scams are very nutritious for health and digestion also and has no side effects. If at all there is any side effect it can be treated by diamond cuts diamond therapy. Therefore one should have scams through the soil/land situated in this region. With the political development and growth in corruption the soil in India has also developed such quality and all lands are fit to be scammed for black money. Lokayukt police is investigating land scams in Indore and other places. Lokayukt police and Lokayukt have in fact no inter relation. Police is police from this to that end in India and has never earned any faith from judiciary or from public. The Criminal Procedure Code has made police most corrupt. I have long practical experience in the fields of parting legal education, practicing advocate and as a judge also. Recently I had to go through two police Charge Sheets. In one case the complainant made oral report to the police against A but knowingly it registered case against B The ignorant complainant had no idea about it. The climax was police also prepared an identification memo and investigating agency put forged signature of the complainant. During prosecution the complainant could know about the mischief. In another case investigated by Lokayukta police I had ample opportunity to go through the whole case and the police did the same mischief. Thus usually what police do is it tries to exonerate the real culprits and involve some innocent persons Therefore it is immaterial what type of Police is and under whose control it is functioning. It is police and the quality of police is one and the same. Unfortunately the judiciary is loosing command over its powers under Code of Criminal Procedure and doing superficial work. This is also one of the reasons for problematic law & order situation and public peace and public order. In fact it will be the obligation of the Lokayukt to watch, have control over and vigilance on the investigation done by its police agency. The Lokayukt police are just police of the State on deputation and no policeman likes to go on such deputation where extra illegal monetary benefits are not sufficiently available. Dear citizens do not anticipate any exceptional result, as ultimately one will find him cheated.
